Vault cash or your own cash?

With cash loading, a provider loads cash you supply. With vault cash, the provider supplies and loads their own cash, usually under an agreement about settlement and fees. Providers list each option separately, so choose the specific task to see who offers the arrangement you need.

What it involves

Cash management services are not all the same. Some providers load cash that you supply; others supply and load their own vault cash; some manage ongoing cash levels; others help with balancing and reconciliation. Each provider's profile shows which arrangements they offer.

Who needs it

Operators who can't load machines themselves in a particular area, and owners who would rather not handle cash.

What to have ready before you call

The general location and how often the machine needs service. Discuss amounts, schedules, insurance and banking details only directly with the provider through a channel you trust — ATM Atlas never asks for or publishes cash amounts, routes, site schedules or bank details.

Pricing and scope

Arrangements vary widely (per visit, monthly, or a share of transactions for vault cash). Agree terms in writing directly with the provider.
