Renting an ATM for an Event: An Organizer Checklist
Plan an event ATM rental with clear delivery, power, connectivity, cash, support, and pickup responsibilities.

An event ATM rental needs a written plan for where the machine goes, who operates it, and how support is reached during the event. Ask a provider about the full event schedule, including setup and pickup.
Give prospective rental providers the address, dates, public opening hours, expected attendance basis, and proposed machine location. Explain whether the event is indoors or outdoors and whether the venue has rules for equipment deliveries.
Confirm the site with the provider
Ask the rental company to confirm the equipment and site requirements. Discuss power, connectivity, weather exposure, security, and access for servicing. Do not assume the venue's existing arrangements meet the proposed machine's requirements.

Put cash and support responsibilities in writing
Ask who supplies and replenishes the cash, who monitors the ATM, and how a service request is handled while the event is open. Agree on a contact for the organizer and a contact for the provider.
If the rental company offers remote monitoring, ask what it monitors and who responds to an alert. Discuss how the operator will decide whether additional cash or an on-site visit is needed. Attendance estimates should be supplied as estimates, with their basis explained.
Compare the complete rental terms
Request the rental price, delivery and pickup charges, any deposits, cancellation terms, and any transaction-related payments. Confirm when delivery must occur and who accepts the equipment. Ask what happens if site access is delayed or the event schedule changes.
Coordinate the ATM location with the venue before advertising it to attendees. Use confirmed hours and fee information in event materials, and identify who answers equipment questions during the event.
Find ATM rental providers through ATM Atlas and confirm that they cover your event location and dates. An agreed operating plan should accompany the rental quote.
